BEIRUT, 19 Oct. - (ANA) - Israeli troops demolished almost all of the south Lebanese border village of Mhaibib, home to the shrine of the Prophet Benjamin, son of the Prophet Jacob, believed to be thousands of years old. 

 

Israel claimed it had dismantled a tunnel network used by Hezbollah's elite Radwan Forces in the heart of the village and published a video showing several explosions rocking a cluster of buildings.

 

The US will allow certain Lebanese citizens in the country to remain for an additional 18 months and apply for work permits. The immigration relief measures are expected to benefit about 11,000 Lebanese citizens and 1,740 students.   - (ANA) -
