NEW YORK, 29 Sept. - (ANA) - Europe’s top golfers mocked Donald Trump after beating the United States to win the Ryder Cup.

 

The European team saw off an American comeback on the final day of the contest to win 15-13 at the Bethpage Black course in New York.

 

And they wasted no time in winding up the US president, who flew in on Air Force One to support the US side on the opening day.

 

After receiving the gold Ryder Cup trophy, Rory McIlroy, Europe’s star player, filmed him and his team singing: “Are you watching, Donald Trump?”.

 

Replying on his Truth Social platform, Trump said: “Yes, I’m watching. Congratulations.”   - (ANA) -
