Yugoslav war crime suspect arrested - Kenya police

Mombasa, 27 March-(ANA)- A man wanted by an international tribunal in the Hague on suspicion of committing war crimes in the former Yugoslavia has been arrested in Kenya, police said.

Police declined to give the suspect's name but said he had been arrested in the seaside resort city of Mombasa.

"He is wanted by the ICC (International Criminal Court) tribunal over war crimes committed in the former Yugoslavia," a police officer who did not want to be named told Reuters.(ANA)
