BRUSSELS, 19 March. - (ANA) - Fourteen European Union (EU) member states penned a letter on Sunday urging the European Investment Bank (EIB) to boost its defence expenditure, as the bloc is scrambling to deliver the promised one million artillery shells to Ukraine.
