AVEIRO, Portugal 30 Mar (ANA) - A 14-year-old Portuguese boy is thought to have become the youngest person in Europe to die after contracting coronavirus. Vitor Rafael Bastos Godinho, from Ovar, south of Porto, suffered from the skin disorder and autoimmune disease psoriasis, said local reports. However, he had no other underlying health conditions. The ‘talented’ futsal player died in the early hours of Sunday morning, after being rushed to São Sebastião Hospital in Santa Maria da Feira, in the Aveiro District. Medics are said to have decided against transferring him to a hospital with a paediatric A&E unit in Porto due to the severity of his condition.(ANA)
