Senators furious over Khashoggi killing, spurn President on war in Yemen
WASHINGTON, 29 Nov. - (ANA) - US Senators are reportedly furious over Jamal Khashoggi's killing by the Saudis and they spurn President Donald Tump on war in Yemen, according to the New York Times.
A vote to limit U.S. military support in Yemen showed widespread disapproval of President Trump’s embrace of Saudi Arabia after the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
On another matter, Trump talks of pardon for Manafort and escalates attacks on Russia inquiry.
“Why would I take it off the table?” the president said of a pardon for Paul Manafort, who he said had been treated poorly by prosecutors for the special counsel. - (ANA) -
