TOKYO, 10 March. - (ANA) - Japan’s Ministry of Finance will admit altering documents involved in a state-owned land sale, Kyodo News reported on Saturday, in a cronyism scandal that threatens to erode Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s popularity.
