Sicily, Italy 28 Jun (ANA) - The Sicilian mafia in Italy has joined forces with criminal gangs from Nigeria to run drug and prostitution rackets, according to the Italian police. Most of the victims moved to Italy to look for domestic work but turned into prostitution.(ANA)
