Abuja 14 Dec (ANA) - Protesting Super Falcons marched to the presidential villa where they were received by Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Malam Abba Kyari. Mr Kyari told the African women's football champions that the government was aware of their situation and promised that their grievances will be resolved in two days. One of the players told me that they have decided to go back to their hotel and wait for Mr Kyari to fulfil his promise. The players had earlier protested outside the National Assembly against the delay in paying their allowances. (ANA)
