BEIRUT, 12 May. - (ANA) - Israeli forces have struck the town of Sohmor in Lebanon’s Bekaa region today, a few hours after issuing an order for residents to leave, the National News Agency reports.

 

Despite a US-brokered ceasefire, Israel has continued to attack and occupy towns and villages while demolishing homes and civilian infrastructure.

 

At least six people were killed in an overnight strike on a home in the southern town of Kfardounin, NNA reported.

 

Israel also issued displacement orders to residents of four towns in the south, increasing the number of emptied villages to more than 80 since the ceasefire came into effect on April 16. - (ANA) -
