Floods delay Tanzania school term
Dodoma, 12 Jan-(ANA)-The new school term has been delayed in parts of Tanzania because thousands of people are living in school buildings after floods destroyed their homes.
Soldiers have arrived in the central Kilosa district to build temporary accommodation for 9,000 people still taking refuge in classrooms.
Kilosa has been worst hit by floods which have affected some 33,000 people around the country. (ANA)
