Africa has opportunity for growth, World Bank

Kampala, 24 Aug-(ANA)- World Bank President Robert Zoellick has said that Africa has an opportunity for growth this century despite setbacks to steady progress caused by the global  financial crisis. 

Zoelllick told journalist in Entebbe, Uganda during a  six-day trip to African countries including the Democratic Republic of Congo and  Rwanda that multiple poles of growth that would make for a more balanced international economy were needed and that “there’s no reason Africa can’t be one of those poles.” (ANA)
