Windhoek, 29 June-(ANA)-Russia and Angola are to explore bilateral ties in hydrocarbon deposits, media reports say.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev brokered the deal during a recent visit to his Angolan counterpart Jose Eduardo dos Santos.

He made stops in Egypt, Nigeria and Namibia where he faces tough competition from China and the United States for resources, Reuters reported.
