DUBAI, 11 Feb. - (ANA) - Dubai Land Department saw a huge increase in number of non-resident real estate investors in 2023 as transactions hit all-time high. 

 

Dubai saw real estate transactions worth almost $173 billion in 2023 as the number of deals hit an all time high in the emirate.

 

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has achieved an all-time high of 1.6m transactions across various real estate activities ranging from real estate transactions to rental agreements in 2023.
